It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences. Trading cryptocurrency futures is high risk and can result in the loss of your entire account. Never risk money you can't afford to lose.
What Ezath is
Ezath is a subscription software-as-a-service tool operated by ZIAYING LLC. It applies technical indicators and rule-based logic to publicly available cryptocurrency price data, classifies market conditions, and produces indicative signals (BUY, SELL, WAIT), confidence scores, and suggested price levels (entry, stop-loss, take-profits). It also generates AI commentary to explain the reasoning in plain language.
What Ezath is not
- Not investment or financial advice. Signals are research outputs — not recommendations that you should buy or sell any asset. They do not take your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance into account.
- Not a registered adviser or broker. ZIAYING LLC is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any equivalent non-U.S. regulator, as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant. No person affiliated with Ezath is registered in such capacities on behalf of the company.
- Not a custodian or executor. Ezath does not take custody of your funds or digital assets, does not execute trades, and does not have access to your exchange accounts. Every trade is placed by you, on your own account, with your own keys.
- Not a guarantee. No signal, indicator, backtest, or track-record number constitutes a promise of any outcome. Markets can and do invalidate every signal. See "Past performance" below.
- Not tax or legal advice. Cryptocurrency trading has tax and legal implications that vary by jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional.
The risks of cryptocurrency futures trading
Trading crypto futures involves substantial risk, including but not limited to:
- Leverage risk — small price moves can wipe out your entire margin.
- Liquidation risk — positions can be forcibly closed at a loss by the exchange.
- Volatility — crypto prices can move 10–30% in minutes on low-liquidity venues or during news events.
- Slippage — the price at which your order fills may be worse than the signal level, especially in fast markets.
- Exchange risk — exchanges can be hacked, become insolvent, freeze withdrawals, or delist assets.
- Smart contract and network risk — bugs, failed transactions, or network congestion can cause losses.
- Regulatory risk — crypto futures are restricted or banned in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with your local law.
- Psychological risk — revenge trading, over-leveraging after a loss, and ignoring stop-losses are leading causes of account blow-ups.
Past performance does not predict future performance
Our track-record page shows how historical signals performed under a specific simulation methodology. It is backward-looking and hypothetical; no amount of historical data can predict what the market will do next. Changes in market regime, liquidity, volatility, or our own methodology can materially change forward results.
Hypothetical and backtested results
Any backtested or simulated results shown on the Service are hypothetical. They do not reflect actual trading in a live account and do not include slippage, exchange fees, funding costs, or the psychological friction of executing trades in real time. Actual results almost always differ from simulated results.
Your responsibilities
- Do your own research. Signals are a starting point, not an endpoint.
- Only risk capital you can afford to lose in full.
- Size positions according to your own risk tolerance, not ours.
- Use stop-losses.
- Understand the exchange, product, and leverage you are using before you use it.
- Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, including tax obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIAYING LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or cost — including lost profits and trading losses — arising out of your use of or reliance on the Service. See Section 9 of the Terms of Service for the full limitation.
