Ezath is a digital subscription service operated by ZIAYING LLC. Access to the Service is delivered and consumed immediately upon payment confirmation. Because of this, and because we provide free and low-cost ways to evaluate the product before committing, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the narrow cases set out below.
Try before you pay
The free plan is your trial: unlimited access to 1-hour signals with short explanations, plus 1 hour of dashboard time per day. No card, no payment, no time limit. Keep it as long as you want — and only upgrade once you know Ezath fits your workflow.
We strongly recommend using the free plan before buying a monthly or annual subscription.
Narrow exceptions where we will refund
We will issue a refund, on request, in the following situations:
1. Duplicate charge
If you were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error on our side, we will refund the duplicate amount.
2. Unauthorized payment
If a payment was made from a wallet or account not controlled by you and you report it promptly, we will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the transaction.
3. Service-wide outage exceeding 72 hours
If the Service is unavailable to all paying users for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours during your paid period, we will credit or refund a pro-rata share of your subscription covering the affected days.
4. Regulatory requirement
Where applicable law gives you a mandatory refund right we cannot contractually waive (for example, some consumer rights in parts of the EU), we will honor it. If you believe this applies to you, explain the basis when you contact us.
What is not grounds for a refund
- A signal did not turn out profitable, or the market moved against a BUY / SELL call.
- You did not use the Service as much as you expected.
- You changed your mind after accessing the dashboard.
- Third-party exchange issues (outages, fees, liquidation) outside our control.
- You subscribed despite reading the Risk Disclaimer.
How card refunds work
For card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other supported networks), approved refunds are issued to the original card used for the transaction. Funds are typically posted by the issuing bank within 5–10 business days of approval, though some banks take longer. We cannot redirect a card refund to a different card or to a bank account.
How crypto refunds work
For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency and on the same network used for the original payment, to the wallet address you provide. We calculate the refund in U.S. dollars at the original transaction rate, then convert to the crypto amount at the time of the refund. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount. Exchange-rate movements between payment and refund are not our responsibility.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first, most issues can be resolved in a single round-trip. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution and may result in your account being suspended pending review. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent loss of access to the Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@ezath.com from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge. Include:
- Your account email.
- The invoice ID, last 4 digits of the card, or the transaction hash (whichever applies).
- Which exception you are invoking and a short explanation.
- For crypto payments, the wallet address to refund. (Card refunds always return to the original card.)
We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within a further 10 business days.
