Am I guaranteed to make money?+
No. Anyone who tells you that is lying. Our edge is a disciplined process, trading with the trend, waiting for multiple factors to agree, and staying out when the market is unclear. Some calls will lose. Over time, a consistent, rule-based process beats gut trades.
What does BUY, SELL, or WAIT actually mean?+
BUY = open a long position (you profit if price goes up). SELL = open a short position (you profit if price goes down). WAIT = the market is unclear, stay in cash. We show WAIT a lot on purpose, sitting out is often the right trade.
What's the conviction score?+
A 1-10 number showing how strongly the setup agrees across our factors. 8-10 is a clean, strong setup. 5-7 is moderate. Below that we tag the call as WAIT.
What timeframes should a beginner use?+
If you're new, start with the 4-hour or 1-day timeframe, slower, less noisy, more time to think. The 1-hour moves faster and is better for active traders who can react within the day.
What does the free plan include?+
The free plan gives you live 1-hour calls with short explanations, and 1 hour of dashboard time per day. It's enough to get a feel for the system before you pay anything.
Is there a free trial?+
The free plan IS the trial — live 1-hour signals on BTC, ETH and SOL with no credit card. Use it for as long as you want before deciding whether Pro is worth the upgrade. Pro is monthly with one-click cancel, no lock-in.
How do I pay? Do you take credit cards?+
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed by Stripe, and cryptocurrency through NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT and USDC on multiple chains, plus LTC, TRX, XRP, DOGE and others). Card payments activate your plan instantly. For crypto, pick your network at checkout, get a one-time deposit address, and the network confirmation unlocks your plan automatically in minutes.
Do you place trades for me?+
No. We never touch your money. You place trades yourself on whichever exchange you prefer. We just tell you what the setup looks like.
How often do signals update?+
1-hour calls refresh every hour, 4-hour every 4 hours, and daily calls refresh once a day. The dashboard polls for fresh data continuously.
Why Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana only?+
We're starting with these three because they have the cleanest liquidity and the best data, adding low-volume coins is how most signal services fake their win rates, and we'd rather do three well than thirty badly. It's a starter set. More coins are on the roadmap and will only ship once they pass the same data-quality and liquidity bar.
Can I have more than one account?+
No. One account per person. We check email and signup location to keep things fair for everyone. Disposable and temp-mail addresses are blocked.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?+
Yes. Pro Monthly is a flat 30-day period and Pro Annual a flat 365-day period, there's no auto-charge at the end. Just don't renew and your account drops back to Free when the period is up.
